About Joseph Deeb

Joseph Deeb is a C-suite executive, economist, Principal Advisor, public-sector reform specialist and geopolitical-economic writer. Known professionally as The Company Doctor, he is engaged when an investment, organization, institution or reform agenda requires sharper diagnosis, stronger positioning and a workable path from strategy to execution.

Through Corporate Solutions, the international advisory practice he founded in 1997, he supports governments, investors, boards, multinational companies, family enterprises, NGOs and start-ups across the GCC, MENA, Europe, Australia and the United States.

His work spans market and feasibility assessment, country-specific investment and institutional advisory, market-entry and growth strategy, localization and national-value positioning, government and stakeholder navigation, joint-venture support, organizational transformation, workforce capability and execution planning.

His advisory method therefore combines strategic diagnosis, operational restructuring, institutional reading, political-economic interpretation and implementation logic. He looks beyond visible symptoms to identify the root causes of performance problems, then converts that diagnosis into implementable, financially quantified solutions grounded in cost-benefit analysis.

This enables him to assess an opportunity in its full commercial, institutional, regulatory and organizational context, identifying what must be positioned, negotiated, aligned or strengthened before a strategy can succeed.

His experience includes advising six consecutive Ministers of Energy and Water in Lebanon and leading monitoring, evaluation, capacity building and performance oversight for a USD 400 million World Bank infrastructure reform programme. This gave him direct exposure to the distance between policy design and execution, formal authority and institutional reality, and reform ambition and organizational capacity.

Across his wider career, he has advised and operated in sectors including manufacturing, construction products, oil and gas, logistics, mining, banking, hospitality, cosmetics, media, energy, water and public services. His assignments have included work for public- and private-sector clients, including Saudi Aramco and the Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma’aden).

Alongside his advisory career, Joseph Deeb originated and formally articulated the Trumponomics Doctrine as an integrated economic discipline. Through its founding treatise, he transformed a term previously used as a political label into a structured field of economic inquiry grounded in economic history, philosophical thought, seven original operational tenets, a defined architecture and an original vocabulary.

The doctrine examines how tariffs, energy, artificial intelligence, resources, market access, governance efficiency, sovereign leverage and narrative power interact within the changing economic and geopolitical architecture of the 21st century.

This same analytical discipline informs his published writing across geopolitics, geoeconomics, economic governance, institutional resilience, state capacity, strategic alliances, resources and global power.
